1. Independent Information Platform

CoachScholar is an independent directory and discovery platform. We are not an official representative, affiliate, agency, or awarding body of any of the universities, foundations, embassies, organizations, or governments whose opportunities are listed on this website.

2. External Application Portals & Verification

All application processes, eligibility reviews, selections, and award decisions are conducted exclusively by the respective host institutions or funding providers. Program requirements, eligibility criteria, benefits, and deadlines are subject to change at the sole discretion of the awarding bodies.

Users are strongly encouraged and advised to verify all critical information — including required documentation, exact deadlines, and application procedures — directly on the official host institution’s website before submitting an application.

3. Warning Against Fraud & Application Fees

Legitimate scholarships and academic grants almost never require applicants to pay “processing fees”, “guarantee deposits”, or “award release charges”. CoachScholar will never ask you for money, bank details, or passwords.

If you encounter any individual or organization claiming to represent CoachScholar and requesting payment for scholarship placement, please report it immediately to contact@coachscholar.com.
