Submissions are open to researchers worldwide. Applicants must generally:

• Be the first author and presenting author of the submitted abstract
• Register for in-person attendance (virtual presentation is not available for late-breaking posters)
• Pay the nonrefundable abstract submission fee

Registration & Fees

Registration includes three full days of meetings, continental breakfasts, two poster session receptions, and coffee breaks. Early-bird rates (Student Member/Post-bacc $195; Undergraduate $85; Non-member student $295) applied through 14 August 2026 and have now closed — standard rates apply from 15 September 2026 onward, with a further increase at onsite registration.

Important: ISDP’s dedicated student/postdoc travel award program had its own earlier deadline (1 June 2026), which has already closed. No travel funding is currently attached to the late-breaking abstract track — this listing is for conference participation and poster presentation, not a funded opportunity. A Best Student Poster Award (sponsored by Elsevier’s Brain and Environment journal) is offered on-site to eligible student presenters.
