Application Process

Enter the required author and paper information, select a presentation format, and submit an abstract of up to 250 words.Submissions are screened for completeness and accepted academic norms before undergoing double-blind peer review and final review by the Conference Programme Committee. Authors whose abstracts are accepted must register and pay the conference registration fee by the registration deadline.

Selection Criteria

Applicants are assessed on:

  • Abstracts must pass an initial screening for accepted academic norms and completeness
  • Submissions undergo double-blind peer review and final review by the Conference Programme Committee
  • Abstracts should align with one of the conference submission streams or themes
  • Workshop proposals should include the workshop description, three to five measurable learning objectives, target audience, structure, and any learning resources
  • Panel proposals should clearly describe the topics to be discussed

Authors of accepted abstracts must register and pay the applicable conference registration fee by the registration deadline.

Application Deadline

Early Bird Abstract Submission Deadline: January 15, 2027. Final Abstract Submission Deadline: March 19, 2027. Full conference registration fees are due by April 29, 2027. Full papers for the Conference Proceedings are due by July 19, 2027.
