Global Leadership Challenge 2026

Overview
A virtual leadership program for postgraduate students and young professionals, featuring leadership training, mentorship, global networking and a potential fully funded invitation to the St. Gallen Symposium in Switzerland.
Eligibility
Currently enrolled in a master's or PhD program, or a young professional.Between 21 and 30 years old.Completed undergraduate studies.Participated in extracurricular activities or gained work experience related to responsible leadership.Available for all five days from 10 to 14 December 2026.Able to participate actively in all sessions to receive the Certificate of Achievement.

Complete the application through the 2026 Global Leadership Challenge application page.Select “New User” and create an account with an email address and password.Answer questions about unique abilities and relevant past experience.Upload a portrait photograph and CV.Select three Sustainable Development Goals to address during the challenge.Enter personal, educational, contact and work experience details.Review and submit the application. Progress may be saved and completed later.
